Lori Rogers
Lori Rogers grew up in South Africa and Namibia and has lived in the United States for 13 years. She started competitive swimming at the age of 8 and achieved two world records for age group swimming while being trained by an American coach in Namibia. She swam for Namibia and South Africa. She has a PE degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and taught swimming classes for several years in South Africa.
Jackie Jecha
Jackie was a competitive swimmer for a total of eleven years. She began her career at Lake Country Phoenix and then transferred to New Berlin Swim Club. She also swam for the Pewaukee High School swim team for four years as a captain. Her main events were the backstroke and IM. Jackie began coaching in 2003 as an assistant coach for the New Berlin West girls team. In the same year, she also began coaching the bronze group with Coach Nicki. She was promoted to Head Coach of the New Berlin West girls team for three seasons and continues to coach the gold, silver and bronze groups. She has also coached for the City of Derry swim team in Northern Ireland and the Curl Burke Swim Club in Washington, DC. Currently, she is the head coach of the West Allis High School girls swim team.
Mitch Cavataio
Mitch started competitive swimming at the age of 6 with the West Allis Swim Club and switched over to the New Berlin Swim Club at the age of 9. Mitch was in the first group that Coach Pete coached when he started at NBSC and Coach Nickie coached his sisters. He held two club records with NBSC during his swimming career. His main events were distance Free and Butterfly. Mitch then swam until the age of 18 with Kettle Moraine/Waukesha North High School where he and Kyle Bubolz were team captains. Mitch now works for a conveyor company in Hartland as a welder/fabricator and is going to Cardinal Stritch University to get is degree is Business Management. Mitch started coaching for NBSC in 2008 and coaches the Silver and Gold groups.
